The Little Rock Chamber of Commerce toured New Orleans, Orleans Parish, Louisiana, to get ideas for Little Rock industry. They met with the members Council of the New Orleans Chamber of Commerce and toured the Mississippi River and New Orleans port on a the yacht, "Good Neighbor." Pictured are the President and the International Trade Mart built at the foot of Canal Street. It is 33-stories high and made of concrete and steel.
